Dr. Scaggs earned her undergraduate from Texas Tech University and her DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Scaggs also completed a highly competitive Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at TAMU/Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas.
